We hope that you are safe after Hurricane Irma, and we share your priority of taking care of your family, home and business.  As it relates to this year’s upcoming Conference & Show, we have been in contact with Innisbrook. They had minimal damage to the property and have committed to normal operations for our event.  With that said, the annual conference will still be held, and we look forward to you joining us for an opportunity to learn, be with friends and get a much-needed boost on returning to normalcy!

As part of our commitment to you at this time, we will continue with pre-registration pricing all the way through September 27.

Pre-registration has closed and only walk-in registrations will still be welcomed at the FTGA on-site registration desk.

Out With the Old and in With the New!
We're breathing new life into the Conference & Show!  Tuesday starts with the Annual Meeting Breakfast, followed by educational workshops and the All Attendee Awards Lunch.  A general educational session immediately follows lunch. There are many topics of interest and importance to all turfgrass representatives.  We don't want to miss any of these presentations, so we have combined these topics into a general session.

"Industry Networking" Makes Its Debut
Traditional trade shows are changing dramatically and are evolving to provide better value in today's connected environment.  That's why we are breathing new life into this year's event.  The conference will be focused on high-value Industry Networking, with more and better opportunities for everyone to interact.  The room setup for this new networking event is designed to allow for a more natural flow for making great connections!

He has published over 88 peer-reviewed research articles and has been recognized by the Crop Science Society of America, as well as both the Northeastern and Southern Weed Science Societies for his work. Dr. Brosnan’s extension programs aim to provide education and diagnostic support to Tennessee’s $5.8 billion turfgrass industry.

Prayer Breakfast Speaker

Nathan Whitaker has had five other books hit the New York Times bestsellers list as well (two books reaching #1, the third, fourth and fifth books getting bogged down at #2, the sixth at #6).  Coincidentally, these books were co-authored with Tony Dungy (five of them) and Tim Tebow, who seem to be fairly well known in their own right.

Before writing, he practiced law in North Carolina, clerked for a U.S. District Judge, worked in ministry and was a member of the Player Personnel Departments of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He attended undergrad at Duke University, and hold post-graduate degrees from Harvard Law School and the University of Florida.

In addition to writing, he is a principal in Whitaker Partners LLC, which represents college and professional coaches and administrators, and active in Impact for Living Inc., which helps people reach their full potential.  He is a contributor to the e-zine at www.SixSeeds.tv, and speak publicly on leadership, changing careers, reaching your full potential.
