The FTGA Turf Seminars are a popular offering that have been conducted for dozens of years.  They are comprised of a series of 12 educational seminars held during the months of January, February and March that are statewide.  Annually the seminars are attended by more than 1,000 turfgrass professionals overall. 

Each turf seminar will have an area for exhibitors to have a tabletop for display their products and services. It is recommended that the exhibitor setup 30 minutes prior to the registration time.

Sponsorship opportunities include water, breakfast, lunch sponsorship.  Sponsors will be given an extra opportunity to speak before the break or before lunch.  These seminars are ideal for networking with potential and current clients. 

Sponsor privileges include:

  • Recognition on FTGA website
  • Recognition in the Florida Turf Digest
  • One-on-one contact with turfgrass professionals
  • Up to three minute presentation during the seminar


Select the desired locations to sponsor.  Once the form is processed by the FTGA, you will receive an electronic invoice.

Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibitors are provided one table for promotional materials, pop up banners, etc. Each exhibitor will have the opportunity to give a brief introduction on the company to the attendees.

  • 12 seminars $1,350 | 9 seminars $1,200 | 5 seminars $800 | 1 seminar $250
    • First badge is included in sponsorship
    • Additional badges are $30 each

Company Sponsorship Opportunities

Companies have the opportunity to be a sponsor at any location.  Company logo will be placed on the FTGA's website and will be recognized during the seminar.

  • Water Sponsor (multi) $100 each location
  • Breakfast Sponsor (multi) $150 each location
  • Lunch Sponsor (multi) $200 each location
